Garet Butikofer
Garet has been training since the day he was born and is the heart and soul of all gainz here at The Empire. His specialty is with living humans who want to sweat, see results, and curse the sky with his name when the soreness kicks in. Find him at The Empire pretty much on any weekday during business hours and he'll get you hooked up.

Ryan Coronado
Ryan brings over a decade of experience in the fitness industry as both a competitor and coach. Competing and coaching since 2014, he reached the pinnacle of success by winning the Overall title at Nationals in 2020, earning his IFBB Pro status. With expertise in lifestyle coaching, nutrition, posing, and prep coaching, Ryan has guided athletes in all divisions—bikini, physique, wellness, and bodybuilding for both men and women. His proven track record includes producing over 15 overall individual champions and coaching Idaho’s first-ever Classic Physique Champion in classic bodybuilding. Whether you're looking to elevate your lifestyle, step onto the stage, or refine your posing, Ryan has the knowledge and passion to help you achieve your goals.

Coleman and Ashley Moore
Ashley is a wife, mother of four, registered nurse, and NASM-certified personal trainer. Her fitness journey began in 2017, leading to a 50-pound weight loss in 2020 while balancing motherhood, a nursing career, and her husband’s Air Force deployment. This transformation sparked a passion for health and fitness, reshaping her life physically, mentally, and emotionally. Ashley began competing in bodybuilding in 2022, winning Masters Bikini Overall at her first show. In 2024, she switched to the Figure division and earned a national qualification. Her experiences have deepened her understanding of fitness, self-love, and body positivity. With a background in women’s health nursing and a focus on prevention and wellness, Ashley empowers women and moms to embrace fitness, build strength, and foster healthy habits for long-term well-being. Coleman is a husband, father of four, career firefighter, and Men’s Physique bodybuilding competitor. A military veteran, he has served in the Army and Air National Guard since 2006 and began his full-time firefighting career in 2016. Dedicated to peak physical performance, Coleman combines his passion for fitness with his role as a certified NASM personal trainer and nutrition coach. He holds a Bachelor’s in Emergency Services Administration, along with certifications as a firefighter and EMT. Since 2021, he has competed nationally in bodybuilding, earning qualifications and a Masters overall win.

Sheena has taken the Empire over by storm with her spicy attitude and high intensity yoga! She has a life dedicated to fitness, mental toughness, being an incredible mom, and bringing a new style of yoga that is not just great for ladies but for dudes too! She lovingly calls it... "BRO-GA".

She has been in the fitness game since she could crawl. With a background in soccer, wildland firefighting, backcountry hunting, Spartan racing, climbing the world’s tallest free-standing mountain, and wrestling wildlife, she brings athleticism and functional movement into every training session. Crystal is a 6 year Army Veteran and is Certified through ISSA as a personal trainer, weight management specialist, and actively working on more certs. She grew up as a gymnast and loves to work with anyone who has a passion for this journey. Crystal has hyper-mobility so she works well with those who have similar issues to help them understand how to lift differently. "I love to help women learn to love weights!" - Crystal

James Jensen
James Jensen brings over 10 years of experience as a firefighter and 4 years as an ACE Certified personal trainer to his coaching. With a six-year personal fitness journey focused on strongman and powerlifting, James has developed a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Whether clients are looking to lose weight, build strength, or improve athletic performance, James combines expertise, dedication, and a sense of humor to make the journey enjoyable and effective. At Iron Spud Coaching, James is committed to working hard alongside his clients, celebrating their progress, and ensuring they have a good time reaching their full potential.

Scott Larson
Scott specializes in powerlifting, general fitness, and has worked with everyone from beginning lifters to advanced athletes. His background in lifting and athletics, combined with his years as an educator, provides a perfect blend of knowledge, patience, and approachability. Scott predominantly provides 1-on-1 training, but is willing to train groups of 2, per the client's request. Whether you are looking to increase your 1RM, excel as an athlete, or improve your overall health and quality of life, Scott will help you achieve your goals.
