Can I get a refund?
Paid-in-full plans are non-refundable, but they're transferable. Come see us in the office and we'll move it to someone else.
What happens after 12 months?
It renews automatically for another 12 months. Don't want it to? Opt out any time up to the day before it renews.
I'm already a monthly member. Can I switch?
Yes. Message us in the Empire Idaho Falls app chat, call or text (208) 244-0037, or come see us in the office.
Why are hero plans in person only?
We check proof of service once, in the office during office hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm). After that you're set for the year.
